Had dinner here on a late Saturday night around 8:30pm and fortunately we were accommodated even without a reservation. Nakita lang kasi namin ito on the way after a family photo session nearby. Food was good naenjoy namin! We ordered a lot but what I enjoyed most was the igado, poqui poqui (eggplant) pizza and the mango cake. Looking forward bumalik to try other dishes! Applogies for my random photos nagfocus kasi ako kumain

Wow this place was really awesome and for a foreigner like me it was a great intro to ilocano food. - The honey ale was very tasty and refreshing. - The pinakbet vegetable dish was rich with flavor. - The showstopper for me was the sinigang bangus bayabas (fish soup in guava broth)…it was so surprisingly good! I never thought guava could be used like this and it was just so interesting to eat. - We finished the evening with a pistachio Sansrival and ube cake. Both were good but the ube cake was just normal. - I have to make a note about the vibe and atmosphere of this place. It is a traditional ancestral Filipino home but revamped into a beautiful restaurant. I loved the decor and choice of wood chairs and cabinets. - The reason why I took off one star was because I thought the prices were slightly elevated. Perhaps locals who know the food well wouldn’t be willing to pay for a dish they could make themselves? Did the restaurant really differentiate their dishes to the extent of charging a premium price?

Had a late lunch here. The food had very classic filipino taste but the serving size feels small for the price. Best one we ordered was the beef salpicao. We had cakes for dessert. The Ube cake was amazing! And we also had their Mango Chocolate Torte, that's similar to the "Mango Bravo". Love them both for their balanced taste and di sila masyado matamis. Hehe Service was also slow. Not sure if because they are understaffed or what.
